Week 5: Your List is Everything

  • Implement a list-building systems (Constant Contact, getResponse.com, Emma, aWeber, etc.)
  • Craft a campaign to stay in touch
  • Implement campaign

Week 6: The Conversation: Social Media Marketing for Authors

  • Which social media platform is right for your brand? LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, others?
  • Craft your profiles for the right social media platforms for your author brand and drive traffic to your list
  • Design appropriate messages for the various platforms to effectively engage your audience in a conversation
  • Engage a wider community online to establish your author’s presence

Week 7: Communicate, Track, Repeat

  • Set up manageable systems to track traffic and presence
